When is Anzac Day? On 25th April every year, the natives of Australia celebrate Anzac Day. This day is dedicated to remembering the services of Australian and New Zealand Armed Forces who fought in 1915 at Gallipoli. That battle was the premier battle of First World War. The Anzac forces fought for eight months. In the end, the thousands of Anzacs lost their lives for the integrity of their country.
Anzac Day 2016 will be celebrated on Monday, 25th April 2016. The Anzac Day is the public holiday in Australia regardless of the day!
